Baker & Osland Appraisals is a Victoria, British Columbia based real estate appraisal firm founded in 1978.

The firm provides a wide-range of appraisal expertise to clients throughout Victoria and Vancouver Island.

All appraisers on our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute. All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

    An appraisal helps with this process by providing unbiased, informed opinions of the market value of property. Appraisal reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). You can recognize a qualified real estate appraiser by the designations AACI, P.App. or CRA, which are awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada after completion of a rigorous education and training program.
